Activate SmartComms Kit by simply plugging in your device and launch the Creative app. Click on the SmartComms Kit module to access the smart communication features.
Note: Smart communication features are product-dependent. Controls also vary in different products.
Advanced settings allow you to access and control each feature according to your environment and preferences. For example, you'll be able to set how long it takes for your microphone to be automatically muted after you've stopped talking, or the level of background noise reduction you want on your outgoing audio (what others hear).
Auto Mic Mute / Unmute by Voice Detection
The VoiceDetect feature controls your microphone’s mute status when turned on. Once activated, the in-built technology then listens in the background and will automatically unmute the microphone once your voice is heard. As quick as VoiceDetect picks up your voice, the feature will also immediately mute your microphone once you stop speaking. Not only does the feature save you time, but it also minimizes the need to fiddle with microphone settings in the middle of a call.
A two-part feature of SmartComms Kit’s Two-way Noise Cancellation communication feature, NoiseClean-out and NoiseClean-in offer the solution of suppressing not only background noises from your end of the call, but your callers’ as well. By intelligently analyzing the sounds and noises picked up from both callers’ microphones, the NoiseClean features are able to filter the noise frequencies from both ends and remove what’s not needed to ensure clean and clear conversations throughout the call.

Follow The Steps Below To Get Start With The SmartComms Kit
Plug in your device to an available USB port on your Windows PC.
Download and install the Creative app from support.creative.com.
For new users, start by creating an account with us.
For existing users, sign in via any accounts you have with us, such as your Creative store account, or other software accounts (e.g., Sound Blaster Command or Sound Blaster Connect).
Launch the Creative app and click on the SmartComms Kit module to turn the features on.
