Back 2 Gaming Silver Award "With a nice, long session of FPS gaming which should benefit most from the features of gaming-class headsets, the Sigma demonstrates its supremacy over its wireless brethren with its more powerful output which gets fed from the THX TruStudio Pro. Explosions, gunfire, basically every in-game audio comes forward and is rendered wonderfully by the Sigma." |

Better sound with THX TruStudio Pro "The THX TruStudio Pro controls are on the second page. We're always a little dubious about all-in-one audio adjustments, favoring a simple equalizer instead. However, these settings were useful in getting the best sound out of this headset. The adjustments are functional, not gimmicky." |

"The sheer realism that we were hearing really drew us in to the game...the huge impact of bass could be felt with every explosion and burst of gunfire." |

Valentine's Day Gift Guide 2011 "The Sigma is hard to beat in the sub-$100 category. The included software is some of the best you'll see with a USB headset, and equally impressive is the performance when using 3.5mm plugs." |

Custom PC Approved / bit-tech.net Recommended "...those happy to connect via USB should opt for the Sigma; it matches the Carcharias for sound quality, but also provides oodles of volume and a removable microphone too." |

"While they may not look it, the Sigmas' bow-legged design and padded "roof" make them one of the most comfortable sets of headphones I've ever used. As a man with a large head (for reference, I wear 7 3/4 caps), many headphones pinch or don't sit right, but even using these for hours, I never noticed any pain or discomfort." |

5 out of 5 "The Sound Blaster Tactic 3D Sigma is the bigger, sturdier, louder, and more comfortable version of the Sound Blaster Tactic 3D Alpha-all in all, it's another notch in Creative's belt of excellent gaming headsets." |

4 out of 6 "Sound dimension and perspective is emulated excellently, and sound feels like it's coming from all directions. Microphone quality is similarly impressive... The Sigmas will be as at home with voice calls using Windows Live Messenger or Skype as they are with in-game chat." |
